Truffle restaurant in San Miniato
Our passion for truffles, in 2013 has evolved in the small restaurant “Gemignani Francesco Tartufi nel Cuore”. A place where you will find an undisputed protagonist, the truffle of San Miniato, accompanied by other local products that are selected every month according to seasonality. For this reason you will not always find the same menu but always different monthly proposals, to be accompanied with over 300 labels of wines from our cellar, to find the perfect match with the taste of truffles.
Tradition, with something more
Francesco and Sara, in the recipes they propose in their restaurant in San Miniato, strictly follow the Tuscan truffle tradition, adding a touch of originality. Every day we study new recipes where tradition blends with creativity, to enhance the two main products of our woods, mushrooms and truffles.
